About The Event
John Philip Sousa’s march is the title linchpin in this Valentine offering, which also features Gustav Holst’s First Suite in Eb for Military Band, Percy Grainger’s Children’s March, and Adoration by Florence Price. Other works by Vaughan Williams, Root, Grundman, and Ticheli fill out this crowd-pleasing program.
