About The Event
Both accomplished soloists, Ewa Jabłczyńska and Dariusz Kupiński established the Kupiński Guitar Duo after graduating from the Akademia Muzyczna im. Karol Szymanowski in Katowice, Poland, and Hochschule für Musik Franz Liszt in Weimar under Professor Thomas Müller-Pering. They bring to their performances a masterful sense of ensemble and charming personal chemistry.
The Kupiński Guitar Duo has won multiple awards for artistic achievement, including the Young Poland Scholarship, the Polish Ministry of Culture and National Heritage Scholarship, and a scholarship from the German Academic Exchange Service (Deutscher Akademischer Austauschdienst). The duo has performed recitals in Mexico, China, Japan, and across the U.S. and Europe.
